This policy explains what KNT App Studio ("we") collects when you use our website and our apps (Dreamify, Viola and GERG), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Details you enter in an app, such as a child's nickname and preferences in Dreamify, your answers in Viola, or your membership details in GERG. A voice sample, if you choose to record one.
• Usage data. Which screens are opened, which features are used, crash reports and device type. This is collected through analytics tools and is not tied to your name.
• Purchase data. Subscription status, handled by Apple. We never see your card details.

How we use it

• To generate the stories, scenes, images and narration the app shows you.
• To run loyalty points, stamps and rewards in GERG.
• To fix crashes and decide what to improve next.
• To answer your support messages.

Voice data

If you record a voice sample, it is used only to narrate stories in your own voice inside the app. You can delete it at any time from the app's settings, and it is removed from our systems.

Children

Dreamify is used by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. Profiles are created and controlled by the parent.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the apps (AI model providers, text-to-speech, analytics, crash reporting and Apple), and only as much as they need. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to info@kntappstudio.co.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will say so inside the apps and update the date at the top of this page.
